Role Overview
You will lead technical SEO strategy across enterprise and large-scale platforms. Projects include multi-market deployments, CMS architecture evaluation, structured data frameworks, internal linking systems, and generative visibility strategy.
This is not a checklist execution role. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and content teams to influence structural decisions.
What you will own
- Technical SEO audits across large websites (100k+ URLs preferred experience)
- Platform architecture recommendations (URL logic, taxonomy, internal linking)
- CMS evaluation and implementation guidance
- Multi-language SEO strategy (hreflang, geo-structuring, localisation frameworks)
- Structured data implementation and validation
- Crawl optimisation and index management strategy
- Collaboration with developers on SEO-first engineering decisions
- Generative visibility strategy (GEO readiness)
- SEO experimentation and performance validation
- Technical documentation and governance standards
What you should bring
- 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience
- Experience working on enterprise or large-scale platforms
- Strong understanding of JavaScript rendering, SSR, and crawlability
- Deep familiarity with log file analysis and crawl diagnostics
- Advanced experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4
- Ability to read and understand HTML, CSS, basic JS
- Comfort working directly with engineering teams
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Structured thinking and documentation discipline
Optional but strong advantage:
- Experience with headless CMS environments
- Multi-market SEO deployment
- Exposure to AI-driven search environments
