Modern Slavery Statement

Statement issued pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Last updated: 16 February 2026

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by Envigo during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its business operations and supply chains.

Envigo is a digital marketing and technology agency providing services across search, platforms, data, AI, and engineering. We operate in the United Kingdom and India and engage with clients and suppliers globally.

We are committed to operating responsibly and with integrity in all jurisdictions in which we operate.

2. Our Structure and Operations

Envigo delivers digital marketing, engineering, and data services to enterprise and growth-stage organisations.
Our activities include:

  • Search and discovery services
  • Platform and CMS development
  • Data architecture and analytics
  • AI and machine learning systems
  • UX and digital strategy

Our workforce consists primarily of professional employees and long-term contractors operating within structured governance frameworks.

We do not operate in high-risk manufacturing, agriculture, or manual labour supply chains. However, we recognise that modern slavery risks can exist within extended supplier networks.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain primarily consists of:

  • Technology providers (cloud infrastructure, software platforms, SaaS tools)
  • Professional service providers
  • Recruitment partners
  • Facilities and office service providers

While our supply chain risk profile is considered low relative to high-risk sectors, we maintain oversight and due diligence processes to ensure ethical standards are upheld.

4. Policies and Governance

Envigo maintains internal policies and governance mechanisms designed to prevent unethical practices, including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Equal Opportunity Policy
  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Data Protection and Privacy Policies
  • Whistleblowing and Reporting Policy

These policies are accessible to employees and contractors and are reviewed periodically.

We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold similar ethical standards.

5. Due Diligence Processes

We apply proportionate due diligence processes when engaging suppliers and partners. These may include:

  • Reviewing supplier codes of conduct
  • Assessing risk exposure by geography and service type
  • Contractual clauses requiring compliance with applicable labour laws
  • Ongoing supplier relationship monitoring

We reserve the right to discontinue engagement with suppliers found to be in breach of ethical or legal obligations.

6. Risk Assessment and Management

Given the nature of our services, our direct operational risk relating to modern slavery is considered low. However, we recognise that indirect risks may arise within extended supply chains.

We mitigate these risks through:

  • Structured procurement processes
  • Preference for established and reputable technology vendors
  • Contractual compliance requirements
  • Internal awareness of ethical sourcing responsibilities

Risk assessments are reviewed periodically and updated where necessary.

7. Training and Awareness

Envigo promotes awareness of ethical business conduct across its teams.

While we operate in a professional services environment, we reinforce expectations regarding:

  • Ethical conduct
  • Lawful employment practices
  • Fair treatment
  • Reporting mechanisms

Any concerns relating to unethical conduct may be raised through internal reporting channels.

8. Effectiveness and Monitoring

We assess the effectiveness of our modern slavery prevention measures through:

  • Periodic review of supplier relationships
  • Internal policy updates
  • Governance oversight
  • Review of reported concerns (if any)

To date, no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking have been identified within our direct operations.

9. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Envigo Ltd. and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
