You will work on implementation, customization, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions across enterprise environments.

This is not just configuration. You will influence system architecture and integrations.

What you will own

Implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
Customisation using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Integration with external systems and APIs
Workflow and process optimisation
Data structure and system architecture decisions
Troubleshooting and performance optimisation

What you should bring

4+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong experience with Field Service module
Knowledge of Power Platform
Understanding of system integrations and APIs
Problem-solving mindset

Strong advantage:

Experience with Azure services
Certifications in Dynamics 365
Exposure to large-scale enterprise deployments
